Absolutely. Palmo Vista Mobile features a comprehensive Parental Controls system. Go to Settings → Family → Parental Controls and set a PIN. From there you can: restrict purchases (require PIN for any payment), set daily playtime limits, filter content by age rating (3+, 7+, 12+, 16+, 18+), block specific games, and disable in-game chat with strangers. You can also link a child's account to your Family Group to monitor activity and spending. We recommend all parents set up these controls when their children use the app.
If you've lost access to your account or suspect it was compromised, act quickly:
1. Go to the login screen and tap "Forgot Password."
2. Enter the email address linked to your account and check your inbox for a reset link.

Yes, you can customize your profile at any time. Go to Profile → Edit Profile to change your display name, username, avatar, bio, and social links. Usernames can be changed once every 30 days to prevent abuse. Your profile picture can be updated at any time — you can upload a custom photo or choose from our collection of over 500 illustrated gaming avatars. Premium members unlock access to animated avatars and exclusive frame effects. Note: your username is public and searchable by other players.
You can request account deletion by going to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You'll be asked to confirm your password and acknowledge that the action is permanent. Once confirmed, your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by logging in again. After 30 days, all your data — progress, purchases, and personal information — is permanently deleted from our servers in compliance with LGPD/GDPR. Please note that purchases made prior to deletion are non-refundable once the grace period expires.
Yes! Your Palmo Vista account supports multi-device access. You can log in on up to 5 devices simultaneously — including a mix of Android and iOS. All game progress, achievements, purchases, and settings sync automatically via our cloud save system. If you switch from Android to iPhone (or vice versa), your entire gaming history transfers seamlessly. Simply log in with the same credentials on your new device. For security, you can manage your logged-in devices under Settings → Security → Active Sessions.

Plans are available monthly (R$19.90/mo) or annually (R$159.90/yr — save 33%). Cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription — your Premium benefits continue until the end of the paid period. You can also try Premium free for 7 days (new users only).
If you were charged but your purchase didn't arrive, follow these steps:
1. Wait 5–10 minutes and restart the app — most delivery delays resolve automatically.
2. Check your internet connection and ensure you're logged into the correct account.
3. Go to Settings → Purchase History and tap "Restore Purchases."
4. If the item still doesn't appear, contact us at contato@palmovistaa.com with your transaction ID (found in your payment app or bank statement) and we'll manually credit your account within 24 hours. We guarantee delivery of all successfully charged purchases.
If the app is crashing or freezing, try these troubleshooting steps in order:
1. Force close and restart the app completely.
2. Restart your device to clear memory.
3. Check for updates — make sure you're running the latest version of Palmo Vista.
4. Clear cache: Settings → Apps → Palmo Vista → Clear Cache (do NOT clear data or you'll lose local progress).
5. Free up storage — ensure you have at least 500 MB free.
6. Reinstall the app (log in after reinstalling to restore your cloud-saved progress).
If none of these work, contact Technical Support with your device model, OS version, and a description of when the crash occurs.
Lag and slow loading can have several causes. For best performance:
Network issues: Ensure you have a stable WiFi or 4G/5G connection with at least 5 Mbps download speed. Switch between WiFi and mobile data to test.
Device performance: Close background apps to free up RAM. Enable "Performance Mode" in Palmo Vista Settings → Graphics for lower-end devices.
Server status: Check our Status Page for any ongoing incidents or maintenance.
Graphics settings: Try reducing graphic quality in Settings → Graphics → Quality Level if your device is older.
For multiplayer games, higher ping (150ms+) usually indicates a network routing issue — try connecting to a VPN closer to our São Paulo servers as a temporary fix.
If you've lost game progress, here's what to do:
First, ensure you're logged into the correct account — sometimes progress disappears because you're signed in as a guest or a different user. Check Settings → Account to confirm.
If you were logged in correctly, go to the game's settings and tap "Restore Cloud Save." Palmo Vista automatically backs up your progress to the cloud every 15 minutes when connected to the internet.
If the progress is still missing, contact us within 72 hours with your username, the game name, and the approximate date of loss. Our team can often restore progress from server logs. Progress loss is rare, but we keep 30-day backups for all accounts.
